GRADUATE PROFILE STANDARDS
The rapid development of science, technology, and
art (science and technology) and the current of globalization demand the readiness of graduates of the
Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine,
Udayana University to take a role in solving problems in society. The role of
graduates is a series of functions that can be performed by graduates so that
it is a series of self-profiles of graduates
of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of
Medicine, Udayana University based on their competence. A number of roles that can be performed by
graduates of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist
Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in the community as well as being one of the barometers of the success of
the educational process in the Program Study of Specialist in Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of
Medicine, Udayana University. Thus,
the implementation of education should
be based on the success of graduates in
carrying out their roles (fields of duty) in society.
Regulation of the Minister of
Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020, has firmly regulated learning outcomes at each level of education, where these learning outcomes will determine
the profile of graduates of The Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist
Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. The graduate profile standard is a minimum criterion of the role that can
be performed by graduates of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study
Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University in the community which is
determined on the basis of the results
of a tracer study, employer survey and analysis
of the development of the world of work at the local, national, regional, and
global levels. This standard is also
used as a reference in compiling the Competency Standards for Graduates of the Relevant Study Program by
involving internal and external
stakeholders.
1. PARTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR ACHIEVING THE CONTENT OF THE STANDARD
Faculty Leaders, Study
Program Coordinators, Departments,
Lecturers, Educational Staff, Students,
and Supporting Elements within the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist
Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
2. DEFINITION/TERMS
1. Faculty Leadership is a
managing element consisting of the Dean and Deputy Dean for the faculty level.
2. The Study Program
Coordinator is a managing element consisting of a Coordinator for the study program level.
3. The Department of
Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University is the
faculty's academic implementation unit
that is responsible and in charge of facilitating the development,
implementation and evaluation of education.
4. The Learning Development
and Quality Assurance Unit (UP3M) is an academic implementation unit that is
responsible for facilitating learning development in all study programs in collaboration with the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty
of Medicine, Udayana University and is responsible for to the implementation of the quality
assurance system in the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study
Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana
University.
5. Lecturers are
professional educators and scientists with the main task of transforming, developing and disseminating science, technology and art through
education, research and community service working in the Orthopaedics and
Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana
University.
6. Education Personnel are personnel or employees who work in
educational units in the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study
Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana
University.
7. Students are people who
study in the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of
Medicine, Udayana University.
3. STANDARD CONTENT STATEMENT
1. The Orthopaedics and
Traumatology Specialist Study
Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University has set a graduate profile
on the basis of the results of a tracer
study, a survey of graduate user satisfaction.
2. The profile of graduates
of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, as
referred to in point (1) is used to compile the Competency Standards for Graduates of the Study Program concerned. The
graduate profile set out in point (1)
above includes the following cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects:
a. Cognitive: which
contains cognitive abilities that must be achieved at every level of education
and in meeting the standards as a
specialist in Orthopaedics and
Traumatology.
b. Psychomotor: which
includes mastery of basic competencies and competencies to carry out various
specific procedures that students need
to achieve in each level of education as orthopaedic specialists and Traumatology.
c. Affective: which describes the behavioral
aspects that the learner is expected to exhibit so that he can play a good role
as a clinician, as a manager and as a
professional during
education and
after they go into society.
3. The Study Program Coordinator in formulating the graduate profile must
involve internal and external
stakeholders.
4. The
study program coordinator is required to
include the graduate's profile in an
official document passed by the senate
and determined by the dean, the document can be standard
documents of graduate profiles, Curriculum Books, or academic manuals of
study programs.
4. STANDARD ACHIEVEMENT STRATEGY
1. The Coordinator of the
Study Program according to their respective authorities compiles and determines
the profile of graduates of each study program by conducting tracer study activities and surveys of graduate user satisfaction.
2. The
profile of graduates of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist Study
Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, which has been determined by
the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud, is used as the main reference in compiling the Competency
Standards for Study Program Graduates.
3. The Study Program
Coordinator involves internal and
external stakeholders in formulating graduate
profiles. Profiles of Study Program
graduates are listed on official documents such as Academic Handbooks or Study
Program Specifications.
4. Faculty
Leaders through the UP3M Faculty and
TPPM Study Program monitor and evaluate and coordinate with LP3M Unud
conducting an internal quality audit to measure the level of achievement of
graduate profile standards in the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University.
5. INDICATORS
Availability of valid evidence that UP3M FK Unud, TPPM Study Program in collaboration with LP3M Unud conducts monitoring, evaluation, and internal quality audits of the achievement of graduate profile standards.
