The organizational structure aligns and connects the parts of an organization, so as to achieve maximum performance. The chosen structure affects the success of the organization in carrying out its functions optimally. The residency of the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program, FK Unud, is led by the chief of chief, dr. I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Andhika Pramana (BGS), accompanied by three other chiefs, namely the Chief Discipline & Ethics by dr. Anak Agung Gde Duta Maha Putra (GDT), Chief Education & Scientific by dr. Celleen Rei Setiawan (CRS), and Chief of Family and Welfare by dr. Rizki Zainuraditya (RZK). In the course of leadership, the chief council was also assisted by dr. Mikhail Kertajanottama Kushadiwijaya (MIK) as Secretary, dr. Made Winatra Satya Putra (WSP) as Treasurer 1, and dr. Adiet Wahyu Kristian (DIT) as Treasurer 2.

Among the many existing residency activities, it takes several coordinators and division heads who are the right hand of the board of chiefs so that the leadership milestones run more optimally and directed. Among others, the production coordinator by dr. Ryan Putra Wondany (RPW), coordinator of documentation by dr. Made Asmara Yoga (ASY), inventory & property coordinator by dr. Agus Suarjaya Putra (AGS), and also website & IT coordinator by dr. Putu Bihan Surya Kinanta (KIK). The four choirs are headed directly by the orthopedic chief of chief. After that, there is a young doctor coordinator by dr. I Putu Indra Yudha Masdika P. (IDR) headed by the Chief of Education & Scientific.

The density of residency activities of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Study Program does not prevent students from always maintaining the spiritual side and developing their interests and talents. There is a spiritual division head led by dr. Ida Bagus Anom Krishna Caitanya (KCT) and the head of the interest & talent division led by dr. Surya Abigamika (ABI). In this interest & talent division, there are nine extracurricular branches that voluntarily become a forum for students to develop their talents, including football led by dr. Sri Mahadhana (MHA), table tennis led by dr. I Made Yudi Mahardika (YMD), badminton led by dr. Richard Afandi (RCH), a bicycle led by dr. Ketut Kris Adi Marta (KAM), e-sports led by dr. I Gede Mahardika Putra (GMP), basketball led by dr. Ida Bagus Deny Prayudi (DNR), dance art led by dr. I Made Artha Wiguna Sanjaya (MAW), photography led by dr. A A. Ngurah Krisna Dwipayana (GKS), and run led by dr. Hendra Aryadi Hamzah (HAH
