Denpasar – to maintain its quality, then every Study Program must do accreditation orreaccreditation periodically.  Accreditation is one form of assessment (evaluation) of the quality and feasibility of higher education institutions or study programs  conducted by organizations or independent entities outside universities.  This activity is carried out on Study Programs and Universities based on inter-standard interaction in higher education standards that aim to determine the feasibility of Study Programs and Higher Education based on criteria that refer to the National Standard of Higher Education  and  to ensure the quality of Study Programs and Universities externally both academic and non-academic fields.

The Orthopaedic and Traumatology Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana Universityconducted a series of activities to prepare themselves to face the reaccreditation of the Study Program fromLAM-PTKes in 2022. Internal Visitation of the Orthopaedic and Traumatology Specialist Collegium is carried out to evaluate the preparations that have been. Internal  Collegium Orthopaedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program conducted a field assessment held for two days from March 31 to April 1, 2022 at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. Representatives of the Collegium Internal  assessor  who attended the evaluation are Dr. dr. Ferdiansyah, Sp.OT (K) and dr. Istan Irmansyah, Sp. OT (K).

The event began and opened with a speech from the Dean of FK Unud, Dr. dr. Komang Januartha Putra Pinatih, M.Kes who in his speech stated that to produce graduates expected by the community, of course the study program must develop its resources and supporting tools. This activity was also attended by the President Director of Sanglah Hospital, the President Director of Wangaya Hospital, the Chairman of PABOI Bali Region, the Deputy Dean of  FK Unud, the Head of the Department and Coordinator of the Specialist Orthopaedic and Traumatology Study Program FK Unud, the Coordinator of UP3M FK Unud, and the Coordinator of UP2M FK Unud. The assessment agenda carried out include:

1. Assessor Team Meeting with the head of the Study Program Management Unit, and Practice Rides

2. Presentation and clarification by the head of the Study Program Management Unit

3. Discussion of the Assessor Team with the head of the Study Program Management Unit

4. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of lecturers who teach in the study program.

5. Interviews and assessments of the adequacy of education personnel about academic and non-academic services.

6. Interviews and assessments with students representing all students of each class about academic and non-academic services.

7. Interviews and assessments with graduate users
