The Final Semester Exam is a structured assessment of learning outcomes that is held in a scheduled manner at the end of the semester. The Final Semester Exam will be held on February 10, 2023, in the Nukarna room of the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology at RSUP Prof. IGNG Ngoerah, Denpasar. The final semester exam is a fairly important exam for a PPDS participant, because of the variety of questions given and also the collection of questions that are always changing every time they are held. 

The UAS questions consist of 50 multiple-choice questions and are accompanied by 12 fill-in-the-blank questions (essays). The questions given are always based on the competence of each level of resident who follows. Competence on this question is based on cases in several divisions contained in the competence of Orthopaedic and Traumatology medical science. Some of these divisions include Pediatrics Division, Tumor Division, Lower Extremity Division, Spine Division, Upper Extremity Division. 

Through this activity, it is hoped that the knowledge of the residents of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology FK Unud / RSUP Prof. Ngoerah can increase, so that in practice later it will become more reliable and also competent.
